Mbanza Kongo - The Zaire provincial Hospital (HPZ) has put training of staff and the humanization of health services as top priorities, its director João Bamba said Monday.
The hospital’s director said that an in-depth diagnosis will be made so that the Zaire Provincial Hospital can function fully to provide services for the region's population.
According to João Bamba, the materialization of this goal necessarily involves training and valuing the hospital's human resources, spread across four careers: medical, nursing, diagnostic/therapeutic and hospital support.
"As you know, the Zaire Provincial Hospital lacks many specialists, so we're going to draw up an emergency staff training plan to fill this gap," Bamba said.JL/TED/AMP
