Luanda – Angola reported, on Tuesday, the recovery of 416 patients, 131 new cases and 6 deaths, in the last 24 hours.
According to the daily bulletin, 306 recovered people reside in Luanda, 47 in Huambo, 33 in Huíla, 11 in Cuanza Sul, 7 in Cuando Cubango, 7 in Zaire, 2 in Benguela and Cabinda and 1 in Malanje.
Of the new infections, 77 were diagnosed in Luanda, 30 in Huambo, 11 in Huíla, 5 in Cabinda, 3 in Moxico, 2 in Benguela and Malanje and 1 in Uíge.
With ages ranging from 5 months to 96 years, 64 are male and 67 are female.
Among the deaths, 2 were registered in Huíla and Malanje, and 1 in Huambo and Luanda, respectively.
During this period, the labs processed 2,060 samples.
There are 119 patients in the treatment centers and 128 in institutional quarantine.
There are 2,354 contacts of positive cases under medical surveillance.
The overall picture indicates 36,921 positive cases, with 842 deaths, 30,775 recovered and 5,304 active cases.
Of the active cases, 13 are critical conditions, 38 severe, 34 moderate, 34 mild and 5,185 asymptomatic.
