Luanda – Angolan health authorities said that the country reported Friday 270 recoveries, 221 new cases and two casualties in the latest 24 hours.
According to the secretary of state for public health, Franco Mufinda, the recoveries were recorded in the provinces of Luanda, with 242, followed by Benguela with 09, Moxico (06), Cunene (04), Bengo (03), Huíla (02), Huambo (02), Malanje (01) and Zaire (01).
The ages of the people diagnosed with the new infections ranges from 01 to 88 years old.
As for the new infections, the health authorities announced 191 cases as belonging to Luanda, followed by Huíla with 11.
Still, six cases were recorded in Huambo, four in Cabinda, three in Bengo, three in Malanje, two in Bié and one in Namibe.
