Muconda - The first provincial secretary of MPLA in Lunda Sul, Daniel Neto, urged Thursday the population of Cassai Sul commune, in Muconda municipality, not to take any actions that may damage the image and good name of the President of the Republic, João Manuel Lourenço.
The politician made such considerations during a visit of about eight (8) hours that aimed to listen to the problems of the population of the localities of Mangunga, Tambwe, Chonji, Sacabundji, Nacalage, Ngueja, Txitaca, Sacaluile and Cahola, stating that the Government has done everything to contribute for the improvement of the living conditions of the Angolans.
In this sense, he underlined that MPLA has given support to the government in the realisation of projects in different sectors such as health, education, water and energy, in order to improve the living conditions of the population, and for this fact, he appealed for calm and confidence in the various projects carried out for the province's development.
Daniel Neto made known that the exercise carried out, at community level, aims at promoting a bigger dialogue with the party's grassroot organizations and to verify "in-loco" the most pressing problems that the population are facing on a daily basis.
During his stay, the politician was informed of the main difficulties of that community, which are embodied in the lack of housing infrastructures, rehabilitation of communication roads, access to drinking water, insufficient classrooms and medicines at the health posts.
