Luanda - The Minister of Finance, Vera Davis, said Tuesday in Luanda that Angola disbursed, in 2019, 3.2 billion Kwanzas to pay external debts without oil guarantees.
The government official, who was presenting the General State Account for the 2019 financial year at the National Assembly, explained that debt service of 3.1 billion was guaranteed, of which 2.1 billion was for repayment of capital, 947 billion for interest and 51 billion kwanzas for commissions.
Angolan deputies vote today, at the 12th ordinary plenary meeting of the AN, on the General State Account for the 2019 fiscal year.
Vera Davis said that, as for revenues, the General State Budget, in 2019, collected about 9.9 billion kwanzas and an execution of 90 percent of revenues compared to the same period of 2018.
"These revenues can be broken down into current and capital revenues. Current revenues contributed about 67 percent of the total collected and capital contributed 33 percent of the total amount collected," she pointed out.
