Accra – The City of Accra, Ghana’s capital, is hosting this Sunday the African Union (A.U)’s Sixth Mid-Year Coordination Meeting involving the continental body, the Regional Economic Communicites (RECs) and the Regional Mechanisms (RMs), with the participation of the Angolan President, João Lourenço.
The gathering will assess the progress made on the continental integration agenda.
The bureau of the AU Assembly will equally analyse the efficiency of the policies harmonisation process between the continental body and the RECs.
The meeting will be preceded by the Ordinary Session of the organisation’s Executive Council.
