Huambo – “The immigrant from the Web and his foolishness”, a novel by the Angolan writer Nituecheni Africano, literary pseudonym of Eugénio Afonso Gaspar, represents the African continent at the Great Literary Contest of Latin America.
The 61-page book, edited by the Angolan Young Writers Association, addresses the daily life of social networks in society.
The author of the work told ANGOP on Wednesday that the gala award ceremony, of one of the biggest literature competitions in Latin America, will take place on January 2, 2023, in São Paulo (Brazil).
Voting period, with the participation of works by several writers from around the world, in particular from Latin America, runs from November 20 to December 20.
Born in Huambo province on September 12, 1990, Eugénio Afonso Gaspar has a degree in IT and Business Administration from the Technical University of Angola (UTANGA).
