The project is built in an area of 21 hectares and will have one thousand three-bedroom flats, incorporated in buildings of two and four floors, in a total of 165 buildings.
This is the first satellite town being built in Cunene Province, It is budgeted at US$182.9 million, whose project also includes a children's centre and kindergarten, a health post, primary and secondary schools.
