Cuito - The match between Cuando Cubango FC and FC Bravos do Maquis for the fifth round of the national soccer championship nicknamed Girabola 2021, scheduled for Wednesday at the Eucalyptus camp in Cuito, province of Bié, has been postponed "sine die", due to Covid-19.

Eleven members of the "maquisarde" team tested positive to covid-19, being nine players and two members of the technical staff, according to the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) doctor appointed to supervise the match, Covid official João Menezes.

These are the first cases recorded in the first division national football championship, which began on 26 December 2020, on the fifth round.
