Luanda - Petro de Luanda and 1º de Agosto will play this Friday the final of the Angola Cup in women's senior handball at 6pm, at the Cidadela Pavilion, in Luanda Province.
After the final of the National Championship in the province of Benguela, in which Petro de Luanda won, the two best teams in the country and on the continent will play again five days later.
The national champions will be looking for their 14th trophy, while 1º de Agosto will be looking for their sixth.
Coached by Angolan Luís Chaves, to reach the final, Petro de Luanda eliminated 1º de Agosto's B team, 29-20 and 27-24 respectively.
1º de Agosto, on the other hand, beat Casa do Pessoal do Porto do Lobito, 31-13 and 25-16.
