Luanda - The Angolan bodybuilder Sina Teresa won the African competition National Physique Committee (NPC) Worldwide in class B of the women's wellness category, which was held in Johannesburg, South Africa.
At the end of last weekend the athlete won also in the category of general welfare style of the International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Pro Card.

Sina Teresa started competing in 2016 in Lisbon, capital city of Portugal, when she had a debut in the wellness category of the IFBB national tournament and it was through the former bodybuilder of 1980 César Carlos Pimentel.
According to the history of her sporting career, Sina Teresa also practised athletics in 1º de Agosto from junior to senior level and integrated the National Team from 2001 until 2016.
She participated in the Arnold Classic Brazil top 3 and 8 and won the 2018 National Championship.
Bodybuilding is a sports practice related to muscle building involving a hypertrophy or increase in size of skeletal muscle through a growth in size of its component cells. In Angola it was practised long before the proclamation of independence in 1975.
