Luanda – 1º de Agosto will face this Sunday in Tundavala Stadium, Angola’s southern Huila Province, the AS Vita Clube of Kinshasa, in a preliminary stage encounter of the African Champion Clubs Cup in football.
In 2022, 1º de Agosto (Angola’s vice champions) did not manage to go past this stage, after losing to Tanzania’s Simab team by 0-1 (first leg) and 1-3, respectively.
Meanwhile, Académica do Lobito will receive, in the same venue at 7.00 pm, the La Passe squad of Seychelles for the first leg of the initial stage qualifier for the group phase of the African Confederation Cup also dubbed ‘’Nelson Mandela Cup’’.
